The paleo movement is pro-meat and animal products, and it's growing like wildfire. The paleolithic diet is a nutritional plan based loosely on the diet of Paleolithic humans which ended around 15,000 years ago.
The paleo diet consists mainly of grass-fed and pasture raised meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds. Strict paleo excludes grains, legumes, dairy products, potatoes, refined salt, refined sugar, and processed oils.
