    The video will work! Refresh the page and scroll down. A friend told me it happens since the last iOS update that not everything will show on the page, but it’s there if you refresh, wait, scroll down, and look for the video. It probably also doesn’t help that VGN heads the entry with a screen cap that has a play arrow icon superimposed on it. Just saying.

      Answer: Apple seeds do contain a small amount of cyanide, which is a lethal poison, but you are protected from the toxin by the hard seed coating. If you eat whole apple seeds, they pass through your digestive system relatively untouched. If you chew the seeds thoroughly, you will be exposed to the chemicals inside the seeds, but the dose of toxins in an apple is small enough that your body can easily detoxify it.

    Chew the seeds and get the much needed vitamin B17 in your life.
    I chew 20+ bitter apricot seeds everyday and have eradicated my tumours after being diagnosed with cancer and poisoned with chemo 12 years ago.
    I also enjoy smoothies made from whole raspberries, strawberries and chia seeds which again is packed full off B17.
